Women of Joy presented by Phil Waldrep Ministries offers a registration process and guidelines that make sense. Based on years of experience presenting women's conferences, these guidelines protect both you and Women of Joy from the unexpected.

Choose from four different ways to register:

4. Register by mail - A registration form is provided in our brochure, or provide the required information on your own stationery or letterhead. (Note, you will not be counted as registered until your information and deposit is received in our office. Make checks payable to Phil Waldrep Ministries.)

Our recommendations and requirements for registration:

1. Select a group leader. For two or more people registering together, we require a group leader to handle all communications and transactions with Women of Joy. This prevents unnecessary confusion and errors that occur when multiple registrants from the same group contact our office. We know that being the group leader can be a big job, especially if you have a large group - please show appreciation for your group leader by doing something special for her!
2. Phone in, fax, mail or submit online the following information for your group:
   1. Contact information for the group leader: name, address, daytime phone number and/or cell phone number, email address.
   2. Number of registrants. Full names and addresses are required no later than 45 days before the conference.
   3. Church name, phone number and address (if your group is attending as a church group).
   4. Number of rooms you will need with breakdown of number of people in each room (if you want the lodging package).
   5. $25 non-refundable deposit per person to hold your seats in the conference and any rooms you will need. (Note: you may mail a check payable to Phil Waldrep Ministries or provide credit card information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your place(s) will not be held in the conference until payment is received in our office.)
3. Please allow suffient time for processing, usually 2-4 weeks depending on the circumstances. In unusual cases, you may not receive a confirmation for longer than 4 weeks. If this occurs, please check this web site for an announcement about possible delays and what to expect. If you don't see an announcement, please call our office (toll free: 1.800.374.1550 or local phone: 256.355.1554) to ensure we have your correct address.
4. Look for your confirmation letter in the mail and/or e-mail. The confirmation letter showing your group information, balance due and assigned hotel (where applicable) will be mailed via postal service (and e-mail when requested) to the group leader. Please review the confirmation letter for accuracy.
5. Submit your balance payment and final names before the posted balance and room list deadline (approximately 45 days before the conference begins). Late balances will incur a $25 penalty per group.
6. Look for your final confirmation letter in the mail and/or e-mail. Your group leader will receive a paid-in-full confirmation letter with a map and any other check-in instructions for the conference.
7. See you at the conference!

Other Important Information:

1. We cannot guarantee special room types or other room requests. We can only make the requests to the hotel.
2. The Early Bird Discount applies to your final balance, not the registration deposit.
3. The Early Bird Discount does not apply to those providing their own lodging.
4. Conferences are subject to closing before the Early Bird Discount and Balance Due deadlines when facility capacity is reached.
5. Housing is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Mandatory! Names are required for attendance and a rooming list is required for lodging. You must provide names for each registrant in your group before the balance due deadline, or we cannot confirm your rooms with the lodging facility. Commuters (conference only) will not qualify for the refund policy unless names are provided.
